Q: How do I add, edit or remove a reminder?

Add Reminders

To add a reminder, click on the plus sign or "Add Reminders" button. Complete the following information on the form:

• Your pet's name
• Which product you are dosing
• How many doses you have remaining in your current supply
• The date of the last dose given

Save your changes.

To add another reminder, click the plus sign and repeat the process.

Edit Reminders

To edit a reminder, click the pencil icon in the upper right, make your changes and save.

Remove Reminders

To remove a reminder, click the trash can icon in the upper right.

Q: How do I add or remove photos of my pet?

Open the screensaver settings panel per the following operating system specific instructions:

• For Windows 7 & Vista - Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Personalization, click Personalization, and then click Screen Saver.
• For Windows XP - Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, click Choose a Screen Saver.
• For Mac OSX - Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, click Desktop & Screen Saver, click Screen Saver tab.

Locate the Elanco Reminders Screensaver and click the "Settings" button (Windows PC) or the "Options" button (Mac OSX).

Add Photos

• Click the plus sign on an empty photo box
• Browse your computer and choose a photo

Remove Photos

• Click the trash can icon on the photo you wish to remove

Q: How can I view the Important Safety Information and Product Label Information?

Once you add a reminder, the Indications and Important Safety Information for the product you are giving your pet will appear below the reminder. Use the scrollbar to view all of the information. Click the link at the end of the text to view the full product label.

Q: How can I view the Privacy and Terms of Use information?

To view the Privacy and Terms of Use information, click the info icon in the upper right of the reminders box.

Q: How can I exit the screensaver?

Click the close button in the upper right hand side of your screensaver. Alternatively, you may press Esc (Windows PC) or Control+Shift+Esc (Mac OSX).

Q: Why am I unable to work with personalized reminders or photos?

An internet connection is required to personalize your screensaver with reminders and photos of your pet. Without an internet connection, the screensaver will function as a photo slideshow only. You will not see any personalized content.

Q: What if I am experiencing issues with the screensaver?

If you are experiencing issues with your screensaver, ensure that your setup meets the minimum system requirements. If your system meets the system requirements and you are still having issues, the screensaver may not be compatible with your unique computer setup.

Q: How do I uninstall the screensaver?

Windows PC

Windows screensavers may be removed through the Add/Remove Programs (Uninstall Programs) control panel.

Mac OS

Mac screensavers can be removed using the Desktop & Screen Saver System Preferences panel. Alternatively, locate the following folder on your file system, /Library/Screen Savers, and delete the Elanco Reminders Screensaver.saver file.
